Preston Aviation Solutions (Preston) believes that privacy is an important individual right and is important to our clients. Preston Aviation Solutions does not collect personal information through our website.

Our Preston Aviation Solutions Proprietary Limited pages have links to The Boeing Company web sites where you may be asked to provide personal information. The Boeing Company, in common with other US based companies, is not subject to obligations substantially similar to the National Privacy Principles. However, The Boeing Company does abide by its own comprehensive privacy policy for information collected on its websites.

Sensitive Information
We will not collect information that is regarded as sensitive under the Privacy Act 1988 such as information regarding your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs unless you have expressly consented to such collection.

• you have expressly or impliedly consented to its use or disclosure;

• you have consented to the transfer or requested us to do so; or
• it is impracticable for us to obtain your consent, the transfer is for your benefit and you would be likely give consent if we were able to contact you; or
• we have contracted with the recipient that they will not treat the information in a manner inconsistent with the National Privacy Principles.
