Jeppesen Consulting Solutions can undertake projects for customers or provide consulting services to assist customers using
Jeppesen products.
Service staff have:

Training
Jeppesen offers training to assist customers in gaining proficiency
in using Jeppesen's products. Our staff of professionals are
available to deliver these classes at your company's location
and/or at one of Jeppesen's four offices.
Technical Support
Jeppesen provides technical support for all its software products. Maintenance and support contracts include receiving regular updates to software and having up to 24 hr access to technical support staff.
Support is available by phone, fax and e-mail. Customers
can tailor a maintenance and support contract to suit their
requirements and desired service levels.
